The company is committed not to give access to your personal data to third parties except the cooperating companies REVATO and COSMORES, which promote and sell the products of the company, in order to purchase, book and rent services provided and through which -as visitor of it’s websites-, after being redirected from our company-website you may search, compare, order the company’s services to make reservations, to rent, to buy or/and to pay.
In this case the company remains responsible for the processing of your personal data, specifies the individual elements of the processing and signs where a contract is required to ensure that the processing is carried out in accordance with the European Union Privacy Act and ensure that anyone can exercise the rights granted to him by the legal frame-work.

Customer-service, confirmation of reservations and in general providing service (information about possibility of booking, availability of hotel-rooms or / and changing of hotel-bookings, way of payment of the cost of our services and their payment, using your credit-card-information to pay the cost of your booking in case of your cancellation and so on) as well as communication with the customer to provide after sale service for example the need to find any of your forgotten items ect.
2.) Creation of customer-account for better service and facilitate future use of our services.
3.) Personalized communication and sending our promotional news-letters.
4.) Profile-training for concurrent promotional and promotional activities.
5.) Particular features such as health and personal information in order to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
RIGHTS YOU (THE CLIENT) HAVE REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA :
If at any time you (the client) wish to receive a copy of the file with your from us stored data, please send an email to the email-address: hotel@acropolishouse.gr with subject ‘My personal data’ and we will respond within three (3) working-days.
If you for any reason and any time you (the client) wish to delete any information concerning you, please send an email to the email-address: hotel@acropolishouse.gr with subject ‘ Right to oblivion’ and we will delete all your data and will confirm the operation by email which you will receive within three (3) working-days.
