Acropolis House measures against Covid 19
At the entrance of the hotel an antiseptic solution is provided for use by the entrants.
Check in requirements:
The information required from the guests to register and check in can be sent by Viber message, What’s app, email. The information needed will be sent by email to the guests few days before arrival. However, there is also the possibility to fill in the document at the hotel which, after the completion, will be left at an indicated point.
It is necessary to provide contact details so there is possibility to be informed in case of health risk situation even after the departure.
Cleaning of the room:
Cleaning of the room will be effected 2 hours after the customer has left.
After checking out the room will be totally disinfected and curtains ,duvets ,mats will be replaced with cleaned ,fresh ones. Of course, no need to mention all personal items, linen and towels are replaced.
Air condition will be disinfected with special liquid in every check out. After checking out rooms are ventilated for several hours.
Cleaning occupied rooms:
Guests should open the windows and close the air conditioner before leaving the room. The maids will enter the room to clean two hours later and only if the windows are open. Guests are pleased to throw all personal garbage in the garbage can of the room and the garbage can of the toilet. They are asked to close the garbage bag in order to be collected from the maids.
Breakfast is ordered the previous day and is prepared for each customer separately. Different arrival time for each guest /guest group in the breakfast area :the program will be organised with each guest group.
Payment can be effected by card, PayPal, bank deposit or cash on site
Personnel and common areas:
Personnel will be inspected daily for any symptoms and temperature will be taken each time they take over a shift.
Common area are disinfected several times a day.
Air conditioning is not used in common areas, the building is ventilated on a 24-hour basis and is high-ceiling (5m high)
The staff is informed and trained and follows strict regulations.
The management is constantly informed by the ministry and the international organisations about the protection measures.
